This policy covers the games made by Cosmic Adventurez, including Orbit Launcher on iPhone, and this website. In short: we don't collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

What the games store

To remember your progress, Orbit Launcher saves a few things on your own device:

• your best score and game statistics
• the achievements you've reached and the orbiters you've collected
• your settings, such as the orbiter you picked, the theme and whether sound is on
• whether you own the Halloween Season Pack

This information stays on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.

In-app purchases

Orbit Launcher is free. The Halloween Season Pack is an optional one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are made and processed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's Privacy Policy. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details. The game checks with the App Store on your device whether you own the pack, and the answer stays on your device. From Apple we only receive overall sales reports that don't identify you.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in, and we never ask for your name, email or other personal details.
• No advertising, analytics or tracking.
• We don't sell or share data, because we don't collect any.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

If you email us

If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't add you to any mailing list.

Children

Our games are suitable for everyone. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a game ever starts collecting anything new, we'll update this page and the date above before it does.
